There is no International Economy letter service to Australia and the South Pacific.
You can expect that your item will usually arrive at its destination within the time frame specified for each service. Because New Zealand Post does not directly control all parts of the delivery chain, we can’t guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within the delivery target. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or is held in Customs, it may take longer.
We will endeavour to ship your purchase within two working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) of receiving your order and processing your payment. Occasionally some products on our site need to come from our supplier prior to dispatching your order, therefore your order may take an extra day or two to reach you. We will email you with any relevant information when we have dispatch your goods.
Additional charges may occur when shipping jewellery items overseas. This is an insurance levy charged by the NZ post.
Please note: Every effort will be made to get your goods to you on time, however due to circumstances out of our control, from time to time goods are delayed through the world wide postal system. We will help where we can from our side to track your goods and have them delivered. We are by no means accountable for this.

Out of Stocks: Should we be out of stock of an item that you have ordered we will notify you and inform you of the estimated time it is due back in stock. You can either wait for the item to become available or you might like to choose another item.
